Fat grafting may be performed together with implant surgery, depending on the surgeon’s judgment.
However, fat grafting alone is not offered as a standalone procedure.
Do you offer breast filler injections?
No.
Breast fillers are not performed due to safety concerns, as inflammation can be difficult to treat if complications occur.

Scar laser treatment is generally unnecessary.
After 6 months, pigmentation fades and the scar becomes barely visible.
After 1 year, it is often difficult to locate the incision line.
How long do I need to wear the compression garments?
Compression bra: about 3 months
Upper band: about 1–3 weeks
(Exact duration may vary depending on recovery.)
What if there is asymmetry?
Since implants are manufactured products,
a difference under 20cc may naturally occur.
However, if the asymmetry is clearly noticeable,
free revision surgery will be provided.
Where is the incision made?
To minimize scarring, the incision is usually made in the armpit.
The final approach is decided after consultation, depending on your case.
Will I need a drainage tube?
Because bleeding is minimal, most patients do not need a drainage tube after surgery.
