How long should DuoDERM be applied after mole/pigmentation removal?

How do I use the bruise/soothing ointment provided by the clinic?
Apply a thin layer 2–3 times a day.
Use for at least 2–3 days, and up to 1 week if symptoms persist.

When can I wash my face or apply makeup?

Does the doctor perform the procedures directly?
Yes. Except for skincare treatments, all procedures are performed directly by the doctor.

How much is VAT and why is it listed separately?
VAT is 10%, and its separate indication is required by Korean law.
Is Tax Free (Tax Refund) available?
The Korean government’s Tax Refund program ended on January 1, 2026.
Are there extra fees for card payments?
No additional fees are charged by the clinic.
However, your card issuer may charge an international processing fee depending on their policy.
Can I do multiple treatments in one session?
Yes. Most treatments target different skin layers and have different purposes, so multiple procedures can usually be done in one session.
Our doctor will carefully adjust the treatment plan based on your skin condition, so there’s no need to worry.
Can I fly after treatment?
Yes. In most cases, flying immediately after skin treatments is not a problem.
Is walk-in available?
Due to high demand, walk-in visits are very limited.
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid being turned away.
Are the consultant and the treating doctor the same person?
Initial consultation is conducted by a coordinator, followed by a doctor consultation if needed.
Treatment is usually performed by the consulting doctor, but depending on in-clinic circumstances, another doctor may perform the procedure.
Is there a friend discount?
Discounts vary depending on current events or promotions.

Is there a consultation fee?
There is no consultation fee if you proceed with treatment.
If you only receive a consultation without treatment, a fee of KRW 30,000 applies.
Can I bring my travel suitcase? Can a friend who is not receiving treatment come with me?
Yes, both are absolutely fine.
Which generation of Ulthera do you have?
We have Ulthera Prime (2nd generation).
Do you have a skin analysis device? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, we have a latest-generation 3D skin analysis device.
An additional fee of KRW 25,000 applies for the skin analysis.
Is sleep sedation available?
Yes, sleep sedation is available, but please inform us in advance at the time of reservation.
Otherwise, numbing cream and local anesthesia are used.
Sleep sedation is only available if you receive skin boosters of 6cc or more, or Ulthera or Thermage of 600 shots or more.
An additional fee of KRW 200,000 applies for sleep sedation.
Can I pay by credit card, cash, or mobile payment?
Yes, payment is available by cash (KRW) and credit card.
Apple Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay are also accepted.
Precautions for sleep sedation
For monitoring oxygen saturation during sedation, nail polish must be removed from one finger.
Fasting is required for 6 hours before the appointment, including water, gum, and candy.
Is treatment by a female doctor available?
Yes. Please let us know in advance if you prefer a female doctor.
Can I request a specific doctor? Is there an extra fee?
Yes. A doctor designation fee of 10% of the total payment amount applies.
Is a doctor consultation available? Is there an extra fee?
Yes, if you request a doctor consultation in advance when making a reservation.
If you only have a consultation, a consultation fee of KRW 30,000 applies.
This fee is waived if you proceed with treatment after the consultation.
(However, if you only proceed with facial care after a doctor consultation, the consultation fee will still apply.)
Are prices the same for Koreans and foreigners?
Yes. Prices are the same for both local and international patients.
Do you have 10Thera?
We do not have 10Thera, but we have Shurink, which offers similar yet superior results.
Can first-visit events be combined?
The same treatment can only be used once, but different treatments can be combined.
