For targeting a specific scar rather than the whole face.
The same repair ingredient is made thicker and denser, then placed locally into a depressed scar or a widened pore. Unlike the version spread evenly across the whole face, this fills and stimulates only the spots that need it, aiming at both filling and repair.
It is done in three to four sessions at three to four week intervals. Scar floors rise over one to three months, because the concentrated material triggers a regenerative response at that spot and tissue takes time to fill in. Deeper scars call for more sessions.
