For melasma and dark spots mixed together, where one laser is not enough.
Pigment varies in both depth and type. One laser that works on shallow pigment and another that reaches deep pigment are fired in sequence within a single session, so several types are handled together. Different wavelengths are absorbed by different pigment, so pigment that one alone would leave behind can also be reached. It saves sessions compared with doing each separately.
It is done in five to ten sessions at two to six week intervals. Brightening shows from the third, because the body needs time to process and clear the broken-down pigment. Using several wavelengths does not mean going hard in one pass, so the session count stays the same.
